I did discover Mike when I was 12, listening to radio's Moonlight Shadow. Remember that I got surprised cause he wasn't the singer. I bought my first MO's album few time later: Discovery is my first LP. This album knocked me at that early age, for it was the first time I really liked all the tracks in an LP . "The Lake" completely made me go crazy. So after that, I started to buy compulsively all MO's albums to date. Sadly, I have to recognize I even stole money from my mommy to desperately get all those, to me, treasures. When I was 15 I did have all the official Spanish discograpy, from TB to The Complete (so I stopped stealing mom's coins...:P), including what I think is a real rarity: My Boxed's TB side two vinyl ends without neither current Sailor's Hornpipe, nor Drunk Sailor's Hornpipe at all! The first time I could listen to Drunk Sailor's Hornpipe was when I bought Boxed CD edition. Till then, I've been seeking every MO rarity, bootleg, etc. I do own those nice PD: Moonlight Shadow, 5 Miles Out, Mistake, and Quadraphonic TB; Blue Vinyl Guilty Maxi Signle, White Vinyl Take 4 Maxi-single, etc. Though, last years I haved been not so in the arena, as Mike's music went down soon after TSODE: anyway I've bought all his albums till then.
